Lara started working in the behavioral health field since 2016, first as a behavior therapist for children on the autism spectrum. Lara began working in recovery as support staff in residential treatment, growing to where she is today as True Recovery’s Program Coordinator. Having a passion for advocating for those in need, she knew she wanted a career with purpose and she found that here at True Recovery.

Lara began working for True Recovery in 2021 because she believes in the work we do here. Here at True Recovery, Lara gets to do what she loves while being surrounded by incredible and talented coworkers. When not at True Recovery, Lara enjoys practicing meditation and martial arts, listening to music, learning new languages and indulging in vegan food!
