The admissions process begins with a phone call, where our qualified admissions staff are available to speak with 24/7. During this call, our goal is to help you feel comfortable and informed as our admissions team evaluates your needs and identifies the programs or services that are right for you or your loved one. Clinical and medical qualifications
The next step involves learning more about the prospective client and getting an idea of their overall condition, current living situation, medical history and more. We will complete a pre-assessment form at this stage that helps us better understand the needs of you or your loved one and determine the appropriate level of care. Once this information has been obtained, treatment eligibility and clinical approval can be verified on the same initial call. We understand how important it is to initiate treatment in a timely manner and work quickly to get patients started as soon as possible. In many cases, treatment can even begin the same day that you call.
We will begin by discussing financial qualifications to ensure that True is a good fit. This will include insurance verification, benefit structures, and private pay or financing options. If care at our facility isn’t feasible, our admissions team will immediately begin working to find high-quality treatment solutions that fit your budget.

What does our clinical team look like, and what resources are available?
Each client will have a clinical team that includes a therapist and a counselor, as well as a medical team comprised of nurses and an onsite doctor available to them during their stay at True. Treatment plans are highly individualized and each client’s experience will be tailored to their needs, goals, and concerns, but will include weekly one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
How is the admissions team involved after the intake process?
Our qualified admissions team is essential for outlining the next phase of treatment to loved ones and referring professionals, as well as any changes in financial arrangements that need to be made. They also maintain close communication and provide assistance throughout the process. In addition to this role, our admissions team coordinates transportation support to help clients get to the center and is present while they acclimate to their new environment.
What insurances do we work with?
We accept most major insurance providers, including Blue Cross, United Healthcare, Aetna and Humana, and are in-network Anthem, EHN, Tribal Care, USAMCO, HMC Healthworks, Holman Group, HealthSmart, Humana, Cigna, Beacon/Value Options, Multiplan and First Health. If you don’t see your plan listed here, most PPO insurance policies with out-of-network substance abuse benefits will cover the costs associated with treatment at True. How much of the admissions process can be done over the phone?
All of the admissions processes can be completed online and over the span of one phone call. An in-person assessment may be beneficial to clients and their loved ones who are hesitant or unfamiliar with the treatment experience, however, and help them learn more about the process.
