During the initial phone call to our facility, clients and their families have the opportunity to learn more about our programs, clinical team, and services. Each client will have a clinical team that includes a therapist and a counselor, as well as a medical team comprised of nurses and an onsite doctor available to them during their stay at True Recovery. Treatment plans are highly individualized and each client’s experience will be tailored to their needs, goals, and concerns, but will include weekly one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
Our qualified admissions team is essential for outlining the next phase of treatment to loved ones and referring professionals, as well as any changes in financial arrangements that need to be made. They also maintain close communication and provide assistance throughout the process. In addition to this role, our admissions team coordinates transportation support to help clients get to the center and is present while they acclimate to their new environment.
We accept most major insurance providers, including Blue Cross, United Healthcare, Aetna and Humana, and are in-network Anthem, EHN, Tribal Care, USAMCO, HMC Healthworks, Holman Group, HealthSmart, Humana, Cigna, Beacon/Value Options, Multiplan and First Health. If you don’t see your plan listed here, most PPO insurance policies with out-of-network substance abuse benefits will cover the costs associated with treatment at True Recovery.
