Admissions & Marketing Coordinator

True Recovery, Full Time

True Behavioral Health is a dynamic behavioral health care organization which manages some of the top providers of substance abuse and mental health treatment services in Orange County, CA.

What We Need

We are looking for an Admissions & Marketing Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team. The Admissions & Marketing Coordinator will have responsibilities such as calculating and increasing return on investment, ensuring follow through on sales opportunities, optimizing paid media campaigns, working with the finance team on accounts payable, and will assist with business operations and increasing efficiency across all Marketing processes.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual, with a keen willingness to learn and apply the skills and strategies you are taught as well as those you’ve garnered through your experience. This is not a run of the mill “Coordinator” role; this candidate will be learning the inner workings of our Company and will have their hands in many of the key departments at True Behavioral Health.

Your job will include (but is not limited to)…

  • Listening to phone calls to ensure they are billable and vendors are supplying us with quality phone prospects.
  • Ensuring that all company reporting interfaces are up to date and accurate.
  • Working with our Admissions Team to track the status of our most-likely prospect.
  • Providing reporting and feedback to our external affiliates and internal media buying team.
  • Maintaining a high level of quality amongst our vendors through detailed, proactive spot-checking.
  • Finalize accounts payable and receivables on a monthly basis with the finance department.
  • Conduct competitive research on a monthly basis and report back to senior management.
  • Ability to qualify calls and train staff on providing positive outcomes for callers

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in a marketing capacity with a proven track record of success.
  • Previous work in a Call Center environment is a plus. Innate Marketing instinct that can listen to calls and creatively provide coaching on how Call Center Agents could have performed better a BIG PLUS
  • Experience with a third-party tracking platform such as Call Tracking Metrics or Ringba a BIG plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Proficient in the Google Suite especially Google Sheets.
  • Impeccable Customer/Client Service Skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – able to speak articulately and respectfully with co-workers and clients.
  • Must be great at problem-solving, listening and collaborating with colleagues.
  • Familiar with chat systems Skype & Slack.

Certified Case Manager

True Recovery, Full-time

The Case Manager is responsible for conducting assessment, treatment planning, counseling, multidisciplinary treatment team consultation and coordination of recovery program services. Case managers motivate participants to actively participate in their therapeutic program, facilitate implementation, presentation, evaluation and revision of treatment plans, and facilitate/present educational programs to participants.

Responsibilities

  • Orient new participants to the expectations of, services offered by, and treatment plan s/he will work towards while at True Recovery.
  • Aid participant in setting and achieving short and long-term goals by promoting adaptive coping skills that will set the participant up for success.
  • Liaison with family, friends, partners, and outside resources to create a supportive environment and ensure continuity of care.
    Educate the participants on behavioral health, promoting healthy resources and daily skills training to provide highest quality person-centered care.
  • Work closely with other members of the clinical team in addressing daily concerns, intervening if crisis intervention is required, and offering additional directives for care to provide highest quality person-centered care.
  • Assist participants in developing an aftercare plan so that s/he will feel confident upon exiting the program.
  • Uphold participant confidentiality in accordance with company policies and procedures and local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current certification through Addiction Counselor Certification Board of California or through California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals
  • Two years’ experience in the substance abuse field

Licensed Therapist

True Recovery, Full-time

We are seeking: an experienced, communicative, and compassionate therapist to join our team and support the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of our clients. In this role, you will work directly with clients to actively listen to problems and concerns and suggest healthy and productive ways of coping with those issues.

This position is responsible for conducting assessments, treatment planning, counseling, multidisciplinary treatment team consultation and coordination of recovery program services. Therapists motivate clients to actively participate in their therapeutic program, facilitate implementation, presentation, evaluation, and revision of treatment plans, and facilitate/present educational programs to clients.

The Therapist role reports directly to the Clinical Director, contributing to the objectives of True Behavioral Health and its mission. While providing individual, group and family therapy, this Licensed Marriage and Family therapist participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning and client-centered care and treatment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts individual, group and family therapy
  • Establishes positive and trusting relationships with clients and their families
  • Participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning.
  • Continually assesses client situations and provide the proper ongoing treatments
  • Educate and involve family members or other loved ones in the treatment process when necessary
  • Provide individual therapy on a consistent basis with assigned clients, utilizing bio-psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, according to company policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Plan and facilitate group therapy, according to the clinical schedule, that is understandable by clients and aligns with treatment plans to ensure effective services are provided.
  • Work with each client in establishing an aftercare plan that will set him/her up for the greatest success upon discharge from the program.
  • Be available on-call on specified nights and weekends, according to the company’s schedule, to provide services such as crisis intervention or discharge blocking, as needed.
  • Maintain regular contact with families, outside clinicians, and referring parties (as appropriate) to ensure continuity of care.
  • Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Attend and participate in all trainings, meetings, and supervision groups as required by the clinical department.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
  • Meet all necessary state licensure requirements
  • 2+ years of clinical experience, ideally working directly with trauma and PTSD clients

Support Staff

True Recovery, Full-time

Support Staff Two primary function is to ensure that the facility operates smoothly, safely and securely. He/she is responsible for ensuring compliance with program guidelines, assessing participant needs and monitoring behavior while at the program, documenting and communicating that behavior, and ultimately caring for the participants. He/she is also responsible for ensuring Support Staff One are fulfilling job responsibilities in a timely, complete, and appropriate manner. He/she is provided the opportunity to make decisions regarding program operations that ensure the day-to-day functions are performed.

Responsibilities:

  • All job responsibilities outlined in the Support Staff One job description.
  • Ensure all intake and orientation procedures are followed and completed as required, communicating all important intake information such as positive urinalysis results, missing medications, etc., to Operations Manager.
  • Ensure preparation for new admits is completed in a timely and accurate manner that complies with company policy and procedure.
  • Oversee and ensure all Support Staff daily duties (rounds, walk-throughs, searches, etc.), are completed in a timely and complete manner that complies with company policy and procedure.
  • Manage and coordinate drive schedule to accommodate for last-minute changes such as discharges ACA, relapse, medical emergencies, etc., communicating to Operations Manager all critical information.
  • Provide necessary interventions when behavioral incidents and issues arise; for minor incidents, update Operations Manager after resolution of incident, and for major incidents, involve Operations Manager during the resolution.
  • Provide updates to Operations Manager regarding scheduled discharges and admits.
  • Attend all required meetings and trainings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Acceptance onto the company’s vehicle insurance
  • Current Tuberculosis test
  • Minimum one year’s experience in the substance abuse industry

LVN

True Recovery, Full-time

The LVN will provide recovery focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the Health Care Practitioner. The LVN will be responsible to provide safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care and assist in the welcoming, admission, and discharge process for residents
  • Transcribe physician orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Monitor self-administration of medication and treatment to residents
  • Accurately assess degree of detoxification by utilizing methods such as CIWA and COWS to monitor for over sedation or medical emergencies
  • Respond to emergencies and initiate action as outlined in company policies and procedures
  • Maintain communication with supervisor, Health Care Practitioner, and/or other key staff regarding resident care
  • Perform necessary duties for monitoring the health status of residents per company policies and procedures
  • Ensure resident compliance with facility rules and guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current LVN License in the state of California
  • 1 years’ clinical nursing experience, preferably in substance abuse treatment
  • CPR and First Aid certification required

Competencies

  • Advanced knowledge of HIPAA
  • Proficient knowledge of chemical dependency and psychological disorders
  • Knowledge of detoxification protocol and related care including symptoms and medications (including CIWA and COWS)
  • Ability to accurately record information and prepare reports
